1. Shipping Coverage

Ardor Biomed Malaysia currently ships to:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or festive seasons, processing time may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

West Malaysia

Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days

East Malaysia

Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service, location accessibility, and unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight

  • Ongoing promotional offers

We may offer Free Shipping for orders above a specified minimum purchase amount (if applicable).


5. Courier Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Courier services may include but are not limited to:

  • Pos Laju

  • J&T Express

  • DHL eCommerce

  • Other appointed logistics partners

Courier service selection may vary depending on destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email, whatapps or SMS. Customers may track their parcels directly via the courier’s website.


7. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Ardor Biomed Malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  2. Provide clear photos of the parcel and products.

  3. Include your order number for verification.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
